The four stroke GS750 was a substantial technical advance over the outgoing range of two strokes that Suzuki were previously famed for and, despite being 750cc, they were the fastest Japanese motorcycle available in 1976.

Introduced in 1976 the GS750 had a smooth powerful in-line 4 cylinder engine with double overhead camshafts, 5 gears and disc brakes front and rear.
Perhaps most notable was that the GS750 introduced to the world a Japanese motorcycle with supreme handling as well as shattering performance.
It had neat and modern styling and useful standard features such as the gear indicator. Suzuki's intention of undertaking high quality engineering for the GS range is indicated by the use of roller bearings in the swinging arm instead of the more usual plain bushes.
The frames and suspension provided excellent handling throughout the entire GS range and the engines have proved themselves to be powerful and extremely durable.
Even after the GS1000 was introduced a year after introduction of the 750 it is this smaller bike that most experts favoured as an overall package. They had more than enough power, a rock solid yet nimble frame and powerful brakes.
This 6,429 mile motorcycle is in the most breathtaking original un-restored condition. It has never required or received any remedial work and is is stunning throughout. Every aspect of the machine remains incredibly well preserved. It has obviously led a very sheltered life and been looked after with the utmost care. It runs and rides beautifully today and is a real pleasure to own and ride.
